Maciej KOCHANOWSKI

Maciej Kochanowski is a PhD student at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Faculty of Law and Administration), Poland. His research focuses on damages in international sales law. Apart from conducting his research at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland, he was a visiting researcher at the University Mannheim, Germany, at the Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privat- und Wirtschaftsrecht in Heidelberg (Germany), at the Institut für Europäisches Schadenersatzrecht (European Tort Law Institute) in Vienna (Austria) and at the UNIDROIT in Rome (Italy). He is one of the creators of the CISG POLAND Website (http://cisgpoland.amu.edu.pl).
