Peng GUO

 

Dr. Guo obtained his PhD degree from the University of New South Wales (Australia). He received scholarships awarded by highly regarded international research institutions, including UNSW Australia, the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), and the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law. He also held visiting positions at different universities, such as University of Amsterdam (Netherlands), University of Osnabrück (Germany) and Warwick University (United Kingdom) and was an intern at the UNIDROIT and the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific. His research interests and publications focus on international sale of goods, international commercial arbitration, and legal profession.
