CISG Advisory Council holds its 27th meeting in Puerto Vallarta (Mexico)

On 3–5 February 2020, the CISG Advisory Council (CISG-AC) held its 27th meeting in Puerto Vallarta (Mexico).

The meeting was hosted by the Law School of the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara.

During the meeting, the CISG-AC continued its discussions on the draft Opinions on "Hardship" (Rapporteur: Edgardo Muñoz), on the "Delivery of Substitute Goods and Repair under the CISG" (Rapporteurs: Ingeborg Schwenzer and Ilka Beimel) and on "Distribution Contracts and the CISG" (Rapporteur: Anselmo Martinez).
