New abstracts on CISG decisions (CLOUT issues 207 and 208) now available

CISG-online has now included the case abstracts published by UNCITRAL in Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts (CLOUT) issues No. 207 and 208 into the database. These two CLOUT issues contain abstracts on CISG court decisions from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Italy, Spain, Uruguay and the U.S., as well as abstracts on CIETAC arbitral awards.

Text versions in the other official languages of the United Nations (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) can be accessed via UNCITRAL's CLOUT website.

The individual case abstracts contained in the new CLOUT issues are now available at the respective CISG-online case presentations, where they are accessible in the "Full text, translation and abstract of decision" section at the bottom of each case presentation:
