Turkmenistan accedes to the Sales Convention, to become the 95th CISG Contracting State
On 4 May 2022, Turkmenistan deposited its instrument of accession with the Secretary-General of the United Nations and will therefore become the 95th Contracting State of the Sales Convention (CISG).
The Sales Convention will enter into force for Turkmenistan on 1 June 2023.
Turkmenistan has not declared any reservations.
